Mushroom Hunting

Did you know Sweden boasts over 100 edible mushroom species? With access to old growth deciduous forests, cultural landscapes, and coniferous woodlands, the conditions of our mushroom-hunting grounds are exceptional for finding not only the usual fungal suspects, but an array of culinary mushrooms and other funky fungi. Join our seasoned chef and mushroom expert on this delicious foray from forest to fork.

You will learn how to correctly identify a variety of mushroom species and to separate them from their respective lookalikes. Together we'll then cook up a feast of a lunch where our harvest claims the spot as the star of the show. You'll also learn about the preparation & preservation of your mushroom finds.

We will focus on expanding your mushroom repertoire that you can confidently identify. By day's end, you'll be armed with a fresh set of skills and knowledge to continue your own exploration of wild mushrooms.
