Terms & Conditions of Krösa - a part of Hedvalls Skafferi AB Org.nr: 556975-8641

 

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Bookings and Cancellations

  • Individual Bookings: Full payment is required for booking confirmation. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Between 30 to 7 days, a 50% refund will be made. If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days, no refund will be made. Cancellations must be communicated via email.

  • Group Bookings: For corporate or group events, we invoice with a 14-day payment policy. Cancellation fees apply as outlined: more than 30 days before the activity, there is no charge. 30 to 14 days before, 75% of the total cost will be charged. Less than 14 days, the full amount will be charged.

  • Changes and Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust parts of the activity or cancel activities due to external conditions or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring safety and compliance with high environmental standards. Full refunds are provided if we cancel. Bookings are not allowed to be sold or transferred.

 

Participant Requirements

  • Health and Safety: Please inform us of any health issues or allergies that you think we should be aware of. Adherence to safety instructions and proper use of provided equipment, like life vests during kayaking, is mandatory.

  • Environmental Respect: Participants are expected to respect nature, adhere to local regulations, and minimise their environmental impact.

 

Liability and Risks

While we are committed to providing a safe outdoor experience with rigorous planning & certified and trained staff, participants of any of our activities acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor activities. However unlikely, we do not accept liability for any injuries or losses incurred.
